How do I amend my address /contact details?

Current legislation states that dog and cat owners must keep their contact details on a recognised microchip database. Please log on to your Animal Tracker account to do this.

All pet keepers with either a Connected or Lost & Found subscription will be able to make unlimited changes to their contact information. Lost & Found members can also set up a temporary address for holidays and other purposes.

If you do not already have a Connected or Lost & Found subscription, you can set one up online or alternatively contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
